Production on demand:
We have been making to order since March 2022. In March we were able to double the number of orders and hire 2 new full-time tailors.
Unfortunately, we sometimes fail to respond via support within 24 hours when there is a great deal of demand.
Every order that reaches us before the 22nd of each month is sent to Germany in Kenya at the end of the month. At the beginning of each month our following delivery times apply:

Right of withdrawal
Our customers have a thirty-day right of withdrawal.
Withdrawal, returns, returns, refunds
You have the right to withdraw from this contract 30 days after receipt of your order without giving a reason.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to use the returns portal in good time.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we must collect all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us ), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Send the goods back to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
